NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 3-05-2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parowan City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, Parowan City Hall, 35 East 100 North, Parowan.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed amendment to the Parowan City Municipal Code (PCMC) Title 15 Section 56 to either modify or eliminate the time limit restriction on transient stays in RV Parks.    Permanent stays will still NOT be considered or allowed.

The public is invited to attend this hearing and offer comments to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment.  Written comments may also be submitted to Callie Bassett, Parowan City Recorder, at the address listed above, or e-mailed to callie@parowan.gov.
